If you wish to return or exchange your order for any reason, we are here to help!
We offer free returns or exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order.
You can return your product in exchange for a credit note, a replacement product or a refund using the payment method used for your purchase.
Returns
Our policy lasts 14 days. If more than 14 days have passed since your order was received, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
The 14-day period begins upon receipt of your order. If this period expires on a Saturday, Sunday, or public holiday, it is extended to the first business day.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the condition you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.
In certain cases, refunds are not permitted: (if applicable) Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for a reason not due to our error; any item returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you whether your refund is approved or declined. If approved, your refund will be processed, and your credit card or original method of payment will be automatically credited within a few days.
Delayed or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before you receive a refund. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, contact us at info@ritournailes.com.
Sale or promotional items (if applicable)
Only regular-priced items are refundable. Unfortunately, sale or promotional items are not.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items that are initially defective or damaged. If you need to replace yours with the same item, please email us at info@ritournailes.com and send your item to: 64 Boulevard Hébert, Saint-Malo, 35400, France.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of the returned item. Once we receive the returned item, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item wasn't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we'll send the refund to them, so they'll know about the return.
Shipping
To return your product, you should mail it to the following address: 64 Boulevard Hébert, Saint-Malo, 35400, France. You are responsible for the cost of returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted. Depending on where you live, it may take longer for us to receive your exchanged product. If you are shipping an item over €75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or insuring your shipment. We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
